RETURNS

Returns are accepted if received within a 2 week period for online orders and 4 weeks if bought at one our pop-ups [an email receipt is required for all "in-person" returns]. 

Drop us an email with your order number and we can resolve any issues! + send you the return postal address.

Any faults with your goods that we failed to highlight, we take full responsibility for and can offer a partial refund [if you still want to keep the item(s)] or if you send the goods back then we can offer you a full refund [postage included].

Due to our current size, we currently can't afford to pay for the return postage of items with fit problems [too big or too small - all items online include measurements so make sure to double check before purchasing] but we can offer a 20% off discount code for future purchases, site wide!

Orders generally take 1-3 days fulfilment time, cancellations before the completion of fulfilment [you'll receive an email once your goods have been posted] will be refunded on the same day.
